Job role: SHE Administrator (6-month FTC)

We are now seeking a proactive SHE Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract, helping to support the Health & Safety department. This is a great opportunity to develop your skillset within Health & Safety with opportunities for the right person to progress within the team.
The Role
As a SHE Advisor, you’ll provide professional Safety, Health & Environmental support across all Draken Europe locations. Reporting to the SHE Manager, you’ll help ensure compliance with legislation, strengthen our SHE culture, and promote continuous improvement in line with our business objectives. This is a varied and hands‑on role, where you’ll work closely with operational teams and champion best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing documentation to ensure all SHE documentation is kept up to date and inputted onto the necessary systems
- Assist with administration of Health & Safety Management System
- Manage all Occupational Health bookings
- Arrange all training bookings and material
- Undertake SHE minor projects as required
- Maintaining a department diary.
- Arranging internal and external visits.
- Maintain and develop COSHH registers for sites with support
- Collate Environmental data for reporting
- Assist with keeping noticeboards and site documentation displayed up to date
You will need to have strong administration and IT skills, have excellent organisation, time keeping and planning skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
